Billing FAQs

1. Can I upgrade my plan anytime? What happens if I have specific or custom requirements?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime. The new plan starts immediately, and any unused days from your current plan are adjusted as a discount. For specific or custom requirements, please contact our customer support team.



Technical FAQs

1. Can Tech Advisors (TAs) separately track COGS and administrative costs?

No. There is currently no way for Tech Advisors to track COGS versus administrative costs separately within AppVentory. All costs are tracked under the main business setup.

No confirmed fix is available. This item is under review by the product team. 


2. Can a sync be reversed or undone after it has been completed?

No. Reversing or undoing a sync is not currently supported in AppVentory. 


3. Can the platform be customized to fit my business structure and goals?

Currently, the platform does not support full customization. However, you can submit a feature request, and we will consider it as part of our product roadmap.


4. I use a bespoke internal system. How can it be integrated with AppVentory?

Currently, we do not support custom integrations. However, you can import data into AppVentory by converting your data to match our import templates.
