Billing FAQs

1. Can a payment invoice be amended after it is created?

No. Once a payment invoice is created in any system, it cannot be amended. This is a limitation of the invoicing partner, Maxio, which manages billing. 

Fix/ Prevention:

Ensure the correct contact party is set as the Owner in AppVentory Channels before invoice creation. 

2. How are invoices delivered after payment? 

Invoices are automatically sent to the principal owner’s email address after payment is made. This email must be accurate as part of basic billing due diligence. 

3. Is card and payment information stored securely?

Yes, the card and payment information are stored securely within maxio which follows all the compliance. We do not store any payment information except the card expiry date.

4. What payment options are available?

Currently, credit card payment is the only way to make subscription payments

5. Is auto-renewal supported?

Yes, all subscriptions are auto-renewable.

Technical FAQs 

1. What happens if a HubSpot contact list used for integration is removed?

If a contact list used for integration is removed, all associated deals and referrals in HubSpot will also be unsynced from AppVentory Channels.

Fix:

A confirmation warning has been added, requiring user acknowledgment before a list is removed. 

2. Can the platform be customized to fit my business structure and goals? 

Currently, the platform does not support full customization. However, you can submit a feature request, and we will consider it as part of our product roadmap.

3. I use a bespoke internal system. How can it be integrated with AppVentory Channels?

Currently, we do not support custom integrations. However, you can import data into AppVentory Channels by converting your data to match our import templates.
