Overview
The Prospects feature in Appventory streamlines client acquisition by enabling tech advisors to generate self-onboarding links. This functionality ensures a seamless process for attracting new clients, managing their activation, and facilitating clear customer communication.
Purpose
The Prospects feature represents a significant advancement in client acquisition, evolving directly from the foundational "self-onboarding" functionality embedded within the existing Clients module. Prospects feature empowers tech advisors with a robust tool for proactive client outreach. It enables them to generate and disseminate a unique onboarding link. This link serves as the primary conduit for attracting and engaging new clients.
Self-Onboarding Process
Tech advisors can generate a new link with a title and opt to gather client requirements. When public users complete the onboarding form, they are prompted for their business name, default currency, and email address. The email address is mandatory for "Engaged Activation" and optional for "Silent Activation."
The self-onboarding form is customizable, and upon completion, a generated link can be disseminated directly to the client via LinkedIn and email.
Client requests are automatically processed, either by being accepted directly as prospects or by bypassing the prospect stage for immediate client activation.
Silent Activation
This feature allows tech advisors to test AppVentory for their clients. They can then choose to continue managing it on their clients' behalf or invite their clients to use AppVentory directly.Integrates applications, adds users, and links accounting data before sending an invitation.
Engaged Activation
Clients are immediately engaged through the provision of login credentials, enabling real-time collaboration.
Interchangeability between Silent Activation and Engaged Activation
Tech advisors have the flexibility to choose between the two distinct methods, both of which are meticulously documented within their individual profiles. This comprehensive record ensures that all pertinent information regarding their selected method is readily accessible. The interchangeability is allowed from silent activation to engage activation. This allows a seamless transition and adaptations to their evolving needs or preferences at any point in time.
Streamlined Client Onboarding & Management
Clients who utilize the self-onboarding link and begin the onboarding process are officially categorized as "prospects" or leads. These terms accurately reflect their current status as potential clients who are actively moving through the initial stages of becoming fully integrated and established clients within the platform. The system is designed to guide these prospects through a structured journey, collecting necessary information and setting the groundwork for a complete client profile. This ensures a comprehensive and organized transition from lead to active client, optimizing the client acquisition funnel and improving overall operational efficiency.
