# Your quarterly review
## Review realised savings, open opportunities and the next quarter's decisions.
#### What you get
The session where savings actually land — and the evidence that the routine pays for itself.
#### Before the meeting
Generate the report first. **Dashboard** → **Generate Report** → **Comprehensive Financial Review** for your own organisation, or the **System Review** for a client. Run the four checks in **Sense-check a report before you share it**. Walking in with the document is the whole point.
#### The agenda
1. **Realised savings this quarter.** The number that opens the meeting. Where it came from — which consolidations, which reclaimed seats, which billing switches.
2. **Open opportunities by value.** **Cost Savings**, largest first. Decide each one: do it, hand it to someone, or dismiss it with a reason.
3. **Renewals next quarter.** Who owns each, what evidence they need, what they will ask for.
4. **Usage and adoption.** Extension coverage, apps with zero-activity seats, anything a survey should settle.
5. **Budget against actual.** **Organization** → **Departments**. Any department past 100%.
#### Closing the loop
Mark the resolved items — consolidated, reclaimed, flag closed. Realised savings only accumulates when you say so, and the next quarter's opening number depends on it.
#### One target
Leave with a single number for next quarter — a realised-savings figure, a seat count, an adoption percentage. One, written down, owned.
#### For advisors
This is the billable meeting. The report is the deliverable, the realised-savings line is the fee justification, and the target is the reason to meet again. See **Turning a finding into a client conversation**.
