What you get

The whole value of AppVentory for a quarter of an hour a month. Five steps, in order, each one feeding the next.

The routine

1. Confirm the suggestions. Spend Overview → Needs Review. Two minutes. Every one you confirm sharpens a cost figure.

2. Scan what is new. Newly Identified Apps on the Dashboard. Anything you do not recognise is either shadow IT to confirm or noise to archive.

3. Look 90 days ahead. Renewals, sorted by date. Anything with a high cost per user or a monthly billing cycle gets a task assigned to its owner.

4. Read the flags. Apps → Problematic Apps. Open anything new, resolve anything expected.

5. Action one saving. Pick the largest open item under Cost Savings and move it — a task, a conversation, or resolve it.

The one rule

Leave with one action assigned to a named person. A review with no action is a report.

What a healthy month looks like

Needs Review empty. Nothing unfamiliar in newly identified apps. Every renewal in the next 90 days has an owner. Flags either resolved or in hand. Realised Savings a little higher than last month.

Anything else is the thing to spend the fifteen minutes on.
