Work inside a client's workspace
Go deeper on one client without duplicating the shared guidance.
What you get
The full business toolset for one client, for the moments a portfolio view is not enough.
This is optional depth. The portfolio view and the reports you generate from it cover the routine; the client workspace is for going deeper on one client when a question needs a proper answer.
Going in and coming out
Use Select Client in the top bar and search for the client. AppVentory switches into their organisation — their name appears in the top bar with a cross beside it. Click the cross to return to your practice.

What you find there
The same seven areas as your own My Business: Dashboard, Apps, Spend Overview, Renewals, Procurement, Organization and Surveys. Same screens, same controls, this client's data behind them. Everything in the core sections of this knowledge base applies here unchanged.
When it is worth entering
- A number in their report you cannot explain from the portfolio view.
- A specific renewal you are preparing them for.
- A data problem — unmatched spend, an app in the wrong category, a dropped connection.
- Setting up their approval flow or surveys on their behalf.
When it is not
Routine work. If you are opening every client's workspace each month, the portfolio view and the agent feed are not being used. Let them do the scanning; go in to act.
