Agents is a top-level area in My Practice. Agents are designed to monitor signals across your client portfolio and surface work that may need your attention without requiring you to open every client workspace one by one.

The Agent library

The Agent library shows the agents available to your Practice.

  • Portfolio Intelligence Agent — Live. Monitors portfolio-level signals and helps you prioritise clients and opportunities that need attention.
  • Report Agent — Coming Soon. Planned to help track user off-boarding and data-leakage related signals.
  • Renewal Agent — Coming Soon. Planned to identify upcoming renewal pricing anomalies.

Coming Soon: Report Agent and Renewal Agent are visible in the product but are not yet available to use. Their behaviour may change before release.

How Agents are different from dashboards

A dashboard gives you a place to inspect data. An Agent is designed to run against a defined scope and set of conditions, then bring the resulting signals back to you as a feed or configured action.

For the live Portfolio Intelligence Agent, you can define which clients it monitors, which insight types matter, the thresholds worth flagging, how often it runs and where the output should go.
