Subscription and Payment Administration Guide

The Subscription page serves as the central workspace for managing AppVentory plans, billing preferences, and upgrade decisions. The interface presents available subscription tiers in a comparative format, enabling clear evaluation of capabilities and seamless transition between plans as organizational needs evolve. 

    Purpose and Usage 

    The Subscription page enables structured control over plan selection and lifecycle management. The page allows evaluation of available tiers based on the required level of collaboration, reporting depth, and service capabilities. Plan selection is supported through a clear upgrade pathway, ensuring minimal friction in moving to higher-value offerings. 

    The interface also supports switching between monthly and annual billing cycles, with annual options designed to optimize cost efficiency. All pricing and feature differences are visually represented within the plan cards, reducing the need for separate documentation. 


    Plan Management 

    Plan upgrades are initiated directly from the Subscription page using the Upgrade Now action available on eligible tiers. Enterprise-tier offerings follow a consultative model, where the Contact Us option enables direct engagement for customized configuration and pricing. 

    Plan transition follows a structured billing workflow, where billing details are captured, pricing is reviewed, and the upgrade is confirmed through a secure payment step. 


    Billing and Renewal 

    The Subscription page consolidates billing-related controls, including payment method management, billing contact configuration, and access to historical transactions. 

    Subscriptions operate on an auto-renewal model by default, ensuring continuity of service. Renewal settings can be adjusted to align with organizational billing policies and budgeting cycles. 


    Lifecycle Actions

    The Subscription page supports the full subscription lifecycle, including:

    • Plan upgrades and tier changes
    • Billing cycle modifications 
    • Subscription cancellation or deactivation
    • Reactivation of previously inactive plans 

    All changes are governed by the active billing cycle and take effect accordingly.
