Share, export and re-run a report

Keep reports easy to retrieve, share and repeat so the same review can become part of an ongoing business or client routine.

What you get

A repeatable reporting cycle rather than a one-off PDF. Keeping prior reports makes it easier to compare what changed between reviews.

Sharing

Go to Reports. Every generated PDF is listed with its type, who generated it and when. From each row you can open it, download it, or email it directly.

Making it look like yours

Where report branding is available, configure it in Settings so client-facing material reflects your organisation or practice. Email sender configuration is a separate setup: if you want AppVentory-generated email to use your own sending infrastructure, see Set up branded email delivery.

Re-running

Generate the same report next quarter from the same place. Nothing to configure — it reads the current state of the data.

Compare the same organisation over time

Keep the previous PDF and compare the same metrics on the next review — for example spend, realised savings, renewals or unresolved actions. Use the comparison to show what changed rather than relying on memory.
