Service Prospects

Overview

The Service Prospects page serves as the centralized hub for managing potential clients within the AppVentory ecosystem. This interface helps you capture, organize, and review prospect data, making it easier to move from lead identification to active client management. 

The primary objective of this page is to maintain a structured database of individuals or organizations interested in services. It allows differentiation between direct entries (Prospects) and incoming inquiries awaiting review (Requests), ensuring no potential business opportunity is overlooked. 

 

Key Features and How to Use

1. Adding New Prospects

There are two primary methods for populating the prospect list:

  • Manual Entry: Select the Add Prospect or Add Manually button to input specific contact details, including name, work email, phone number, and job role. This is ideal for leads acquired through direct networking or personal outreach.
  • Enrollment Links: Generate a unique Enrollment Link to share via email or social media (e.g., LinkedIn). This allows potential clients to self-enroll by filling out a digital form.

2. Managing Enrollment Submissions

When utilizing an enrollment link, users must define how new submissions are handled:

  • Get Requests: Submissions are directed to the Requests tab for manual verification. This provides a layer of quality control before a lead is officially added to the database.
  • Get Prospects: Submissions are automatically added to the active Prospects list, bypassing the review phase for faster processing.

3. Email Integration

To ensure reliable communication and build trust, the platform requires the setup of an email domain before sharing enrollment links. Options include:

  • Configuring a Custom Email Domain.
  • Integrating third-party providers such as SendGrid or MailChimp.

4. Data Organization and Filtering

The prospect table displays critical information at a glance, such as Company Name, Contact Person, Industry, and Job Role. Users can refine the view using the following filters:

  • Industries

  • Country

  • Revenue Range

  • Search Bar (for specific keyword queries)
