Service Clients

Overview

The Service Clients page serves as the primary dashboard for managing client relationships within the platform. It provides a centralized view of client status, industry categorization, application stack health, and financial opportunities. This page facilitates the tracking of clients through various stages of the lifecycle, from initial engagement to off-boarding.

The primary purpose of the Service Clients page is to streamline client oversight. By aggregating technical data (App Stacks and Missing Apps) alongside business metrics (Revenue and Project Opportunities), the dashboard allows for:

  • Lifecycle Management: Monitoring active, off-boarding, and inactive client segments.
  • Opportunity Identification: Pinpointing specific clients with high revenue potential or missing essential applications.
  • Operational Efficiency: Quickly identifying "Silent" versus "Engaged" clients to tailor communication strategies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Tracking clients in the off-boarding phase to ensure a smooth transition and documented reasoning for departure.

Page Overview

The dashboard is organized into three primary tabs, each serving a specific administrative function:

1. Active Tab

Displays all current clients participating in the service. Key data points include:

  • Client Status: Indicates the communication state (e.g., Access Sent, Silent, or Engaged).
  • Industry: Categorizes the client's business sector (e.g., Automotive, Construction, Biotechnology).
  • App Stack & Missing Apps: Provides visual indicators of the software currently managed versus identified gaps in the client's infrastructure.
  • Financial Metrics: Estimates for Project Opportunity and Revenue Opportunity based on identified needs.

2. Off-boarding Tab

Tracks clients in the process of terminating services. This section records:

  • Off-boarding Date: The scheduled date for service conclusion.
  • Progress: A visual bar representing the completion of the exit workflow.
  • Reason: Documentation for why the client is leaving (e.g., "not needed").

3. Inactive Tab

A repository for former clients who no longer have an active service agreement.

Functional Procedures

Adding a New Client

The Add Client button provides four distinct methods for entry:

  • Add Manually: Direct entry of client details.
  • Bulk Import: Uploading multiple client profiles via a supported file format.
  • Integrations: Connecting external tools to sync client data.
  • Invite Client: Directing an email to the client to initiate setup.

Selecting Client Type

When initiating a new client profile, a selection must be made between:

  • Silent Client: Allows for internal profile creation and testing without notifying the client.
  • Engaged Client: Triggers an immediate invite email, granting the client direct access to the profile.

Filtering and Customization

The interface supports granular data sorting through:

  • Global Search: Located at the top left for finding specific client names.
  • Filter Row: Criteria include Client Type, Manager, Problematic Apps, and Project Opportunities.
  • Columns Toggle: Customizes which data fields are visible in the main table.
