Send a survey

What you get

An answer within days, from the people who actually use the tool.

Steps

1. Go to Surveys. The Apps to Survey tab lists every app with spend or users, with its current rating — or Create Survey if it has never been asked about.
2. Click Create Survey on the app.
3. Build it: keep to a rating and one open question.
4. Choose who receives it. Target the app's actual users — the response rate is far higher when the question is about a tool the person opens.
5. Schedule it. A survey can go now or on a date; it sits under Upcoming until then.
6. Send.

What it looks like arriving

The email carries your branding from Settings → Branding, sent from the domain you verified under Domain Setup. It looks like it came from you, not from a survey tool, which matters for the response rate.

Email Preferences on the Surveys page controls how the invitation goes out.

The lifecycle

Drafted while you build it, Upcoming once scheduled, Active while it collects responses, Closed when the window ends. Each card shows days left, responses so far and the running rating.
