Run a portfolio audit
Check the data before you build advisory work on top of it.
What you get
Confidence that the portfolio numbers are real before you build a quarter's advisory work on them.
Why it matters
A client with unmatched spend understates their savings. Understated savings make the engagement look smaller than it is — and a client who checks your total against their own ledger finds the gap. One audit pass a quarter prevents both.
The four checks, per client
Enter a client's workspace with Select Client, or start from the portfolio-level signals available in Clients and Practice Overview.
- Spend matched — Spend Overview. Pass looks like: needs Review empty.
- Apps confirmed — Apps. Pass looks like: discovered short.
- Connections live — Integrations. Pass looks like: recent sync, no disconnects.
- Usage coverage — Organization → Users. Pass looks like: extension adoption you can act on.
Start with the clients whose portfolio-level signals suggest a data or connection gap, then go into the client workspace to confirm it.
Prioritising remediation
Fix by client value, not alphabetically. The client with the largest spend and a dropped connection is losing you the most credible savings figure.
Turning the audit into a service
Every gap you close is something the client could not see. A quarterly data-health review — connections, matching, coverage — is a legitimate line item, and the report afterwards shows the realised-savings figure moving because of it.
