# Roll out the browser extension to your team
## Build browser-based usage coverage so AppVentory can add a stronger usage signal to licence and adoption reviews.
#### What you get
An additional usage signal beyond identity-provider access. The extension is intended to help distinguish between a user being associated with an application and browser-based evidence that the application is actually being opened and used.
Use that difference to create a licence-review list — not an automatic cancellation list.
#### Before you start
Your identity provider connected, and a short message to your colleagues in your own words. It lands better than an unexplained invitation.
#### Steps
1. Go to **Organization** and open the **Users** tab.
2. The banner at the top shows how many people have installed it.
3. Click **Roll Out Extension** to send the invitation.
4. Use **Send Reminder** after a few days for anyone outstanding.

The shipped extension documentation states that it records browser-based SaaS usage signals and does not track page content, keystrokes or screenshots. For the full boundary and the remaining individual-visibility question, see **What the browser extension records — and what it can't see**.
#### What you've unlocked
As rollout coverage grows, browser activity can strengthen usage and adoption reviews for the users who have the extension installed and connected. Always check coverage before drawing conclusions about the whole organisation.
