Product source material also describes a portfolio-level renewal intelligence approach that organises existing renewal signals into prioritisation, timelines and high-impact focus. The exact customer-facing workflow should be documented only after the live Agent is confirmed.

What you can do today

Use the existing Renewals workflow to maintain renewal dates, alerts, reminders and preparation. Treat any Agent-specific behaviour as unavailable until the Agent is marked live.
