What identity providers contribute

Identity / Workspace integrations help AppVentory understand the people and access side of the software stack.

Depending on the provider, they can contribute:

  • Users and basic user attributes
  • Applications connected or assigned through the identity environment
  • User-to-application relationships
  • Available sign-in or activity signals
  • Sync history and activity records

This is the other half of AppVentory's core discovery picture: it answers which applications are connected to your people and, where supported, whether there is activity evidence.

Available identity providers

The current Integrations screen shows Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta as connectable providers.

OneLogin and JumpCloud are displayed as Coming Soon and should not be included in a live setup flow until they are released.

Important boundaries

These integrations do not import email content, documents, passwords or financial data. They are also one-way: AppVentory does not provision, modify or deprovision users or applications in the connected identity platform.

Apps outside the connected identity environment may not be visible through the identity connection alone.
