It forms the foundational architecture upon which an application is built, enabling its various functionalities and interactions.

    Purpose

    An effectively chosen Appstack is essential for creating scalable and efficient applications. It forms the core infrastructure, enabling smooth communication between application layers and preventing bottlenecks or errors in modern, layered architectures. 


    This robust foundation allows applications to manage increased workloads and user demands without performance degradation, leading to optimized resource usage, minimal latency, and a seamless user experience, even during peak loads. Ultimately, the app stack is critical for an application's long-term growth and consistent performance.


    Approved vs. Recommended Apps

    Appventory facilitates the development of an App Stack by utilizing "Approved Apps." The authorization of these applications rests entirely with the tech advisor, contingent upon their professional judgment.

    Tech advisors possess the authority to recommend additional applications for clients, specifically when these applications are considered essential for the successful creation of a client's App Stack. 

    Appventory creates custom app stacks farther from generic solutions. This is accomplished through integrating internal and customer-facing apps, analytics, and secure backend systems ensuring they are precisely tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.


    Creating and Customizing App Stacks

    Appventory has tailored AppStacks, aligning with client needs ready to be assigned to the client . Also, the tech advisors can design and develop custom AppStacks from scratch for unique requirements to deliver efficient & a scalable solution to the client.


    During the Appstack customization process, the tech advisor designates a "Preferred Payer,".This selection guarantees precise billing and optimized operations, aligned with client workflows.

    1. Pay and On-charge client
    The tech advisor will assume responsibility for client payments and will subsequently invoice the client, potentially incorporating a margin.


    2. Pay and Include
    The client bears responsibility for payment. The internal cost will be absorbed by the tech advisor, resulting in no margin.


    3. Client Pays
    The client bears direct responsibility for remitting payment to the software provider, and a margin is applicable.

    Note: A margin is shown because even though the client pays the vendor directly, Appventory want advisors to see the opportunity if they switched customers to Pay & On-Charge Client option.


    Assigning App Stacks to Clients and Identifying Opportunities. 

    Tech advisors have the capability to dynamically assign and de-assign custom AppStacks based on evolving needs and strategic priorities.
