# Answering your client's security questions
## Give clients a clear route to AppVentory's security evidence.

#### The short answer to send
AppVentory is a Coachbar product, so our security documentation is published on the Coachbar Trust Vault: [**trust.coachbar.io**](http://trust.coachbar.io). We hold **SOC 2 Type II**, **ISO 27001:2022** and comply with **GDPR**, with independent penetration testing and continuous control monitoring. Core documentation is published there openly, and more detailed material is available on request.
That one paragraph answers most of what a finance director or an IT manager needs.
#### Why the page says Coachbar
Worth saying before they ask. Coachbar is the parent brand and AppVentory is one of its products, so the security documentation sits at company level rather than per product. Send the link with that sentence attached and the question never arises.
#### What's on the Trust Vault
Certifications, the policies behind them, the controls in force across access, network, infrastructure, application and data security, and the reports — penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, network architecture.
#### When they want more
Detailed documentation is available on request through the Trust Vault itself. Point them there rather than routing it through you.
