Advisory Prospects

Overview

The Advisory Prospects page serves as a centralized hub for managing potential client leads and engagement requests within the AppVentory platform. This dashboard allows tracking of new business opportunities across two primary categories: Prospects and Requests. 

Initial Setup

If no prospects are currently listed, the page displays a "Set up your prospect list" prompt. This screen provides quick-access buttons to either Add Manually or generate an Enrollment Link to begin building the advisory pipeline. 

Navigating the Dashboard 

The interface is divided into two main tabs to help organize the sales pipeline:

  1. Prospects Tab: Contains a list of all current potential clients being tracked or nurtured. 
  2. Request Tab: Displays incoming inquiries from potential clients, including details such as: Company Name, Contact Person, Status, etc. 

Managing New Prospects

New entries can be added to the advisory list using the Add Prospect button in the top-right corner. Clicking the dropdown arrow provides two options for lead generation:

  1. Add Manually: Allows for the direct input of client details into the system.
  2. Enrollment Link: Generates a shareable link that can be sent to potential clients to collect their information automatically. 


Search and Filter Tools

To efficiently manage large volumes of data, the Advisory Prospects page includes:

  • Search Bar: Filters the list by keyword, company name, or contact person.
  • Request Status Filter: Narrows down the view based on the current stage of the inquiry.
