Advisory Clients
Overview
The Advisory Clients page serves as the central hub for managing client relationships within AppVentory. This dashboard facilitates the tracking of client statuses, financial savings metrics, and the onboarding/ offboarding lifecycle.
Client Management Tabs
The page is organized into three primary tabs to categorize clients based on their current engagement stage:
- Active: Displays all current clients receiving advisory services. This view includes key data points such as integration status, savings achieved, and potential savings.
- Off-boarding: Contains clients currently in the process of transitioning out of active service.
- Inactive: Lists historical clients who are no longer receiving services.
Key Features and Navigation
Adding New Clients
The "Add Client" button, located in the top right corner, provides four distinct methods for bringing new clients into the system:
- Add Manually: Enter individual client details directly.
- Bulk Import: Upload multiple clients at once via a file.
- Integrations: Connect and sync data from external software.
- Invite Client: Send a direct invitation for a client to join the platform.
Customizing the Data View
To manage how information is presented, the Columns or Default View menu allows for specific configuration:
- Toggle Visibility: Specific columns like Savings Achieved, Potential Savings, or Manager (s) can be toggled on or off to reduce screen clutter.
- Custom Views: Modified column layouts can be saved using the Save As Custom View option for quick access in future sessions.
- Filtering: The filter bar enables searching by client name or narrowing down the list by Client Type, Manager, Service Contact, or Potential Savings thresholds.
Data Columns
The standard table layout provides the following insights:
- Client Status: Indicators such as Silent, Engaged or Access Sent represent the current communication state.
- Integrations: Displays icons for connected services (e.g., Google, Xero)
- Financial Reports: Shows the date of the Last Financial Report to ensure data remains current.
